Getting it Together

Good news! It's Monday and I'm not hating that fact. The week is off to a great start. I'm usually wishing I didn't have to do anything. So far, so good. Bad news. I've been a horrible blogger this past weekend. I have not done ANYTHING blog related period. Nothing at all! I don't think I got on the internet. Okay, that may be a lie. I window shop like every day. I think I may have needed a break. I had to create a time schedule because I've been going to bed late. No one wants to see Mo without any sleep. Uh uh. no way. More good news! I have some cool DIYs coming up. Hopefully I'll get them done before the end of the week. You're going to think it's "Amazeballs!" At least I hope you do. So I'm on track to getting things together. I think. Btw, I just made a sandwich with the good, bad, good news. ;-) I hope your Monday is going well too!

Flared Out and Tied Down

This week has been quite busy and a little stressful. It's so much going on right now and I'm just praying that things get better soon. On a positive note it's Hump Day! Only 2 more days til the weekend. I just want to sleep in the entire weekend but we have a few things going on. We are having brunch with friends at our place on Sunday and that should be entertaining. I have what I believe will be my last and final dental appointment from my braces on Saturday. I should be receiving the news that I'll only have to wear my retainer at bedtime. Yaaay! *fingers crossed* I'm also going to continue to sew a pair of pants. If I don't finish this weekend, hopefully it will be done next weekend. For today's outfit I decided to pull out my flare leg jeans. I paired it with a classic white button down, red tie, tan blazer and red wedges.

Gone Corporate

It's Hump Day! So far so good. Today I decided to dress it up a bit and go corporate style. As I've stated previously, I do not dress up unless it's mandatory. Sometimes I get in a girly girl mood and dress up just because. Today is one of those days. Here's something I would wear if I had a stricter dress code.

You would think corporate women were mean and didn't smile based on my poses. :-)
