Happy Friday!! This week I am participating in Real Girl Glam's challenge of denim cutoffs. I think most women if not all own at least one pair of cutoffs. I have about 3 or 4 pairs that I cut from jeans when I needed a pair of shorts in a hurry. Have you done that? Cutoffs are versatile and can be worn dressed up or down. Usually when I wear a pair, it's in a pretty casual manner and I pair it with sneakers, sandals or oxfords. This time I decided to dress it up a bit and paired it with some pumps and a blazer and my fav Beatles tee. I wore this tee a lot when I first bought it and it's still in good condition. Yay! How do you style your denim cutoffs? Hope you all have a great weekend!!

Gone Corporate

It's Hump Day! So far so good. Today I decided to dress it up a bit and go corporate style. As I've stated previously, I do not dress up unless it's mandatory. Sometimes I get in a girly girl mood and dress up just because. Today is one of those days. Here's something I would wear if I had a stricter dress code.

You would think corporate women were mean and didn't smile based on my poses. :-)
Do you have to dress professional where you work?

DIY: Cap Toe Shoe

I've noticed many women wearing cap toe shoes, whether it's pumps, boots, or flats. There's white caps, gold and silver metallic, a lighter shade on a darker shade of the same color family. It's on leather, suede, and patent leather materials. I think this trend is cool so I thought that I would try to find me a pair. While browsing my favorite online shoe stores and window shopping in the malls, I realized that most of the pretty versions just cost too damn much. But I should be able to make my own, right?
