Remix'd: High Waist Skirt

    |
high waist skirt {who is that girl Mo?}
I thrifted this house dress for the pretty patterns and colors and knew it would make for a cute high waist skirt. I removed the bottom portion of the dress, created a waistband and inserted a zipper.
