Mixed Prints

The challenge for this week's Mamanista Fridays is a simple one; denim shorts. I styled a pair of denim cut offs with a striped top with Spring colors and my leopard print slip-ons. Stripes are one of my favorite prints, black and white specifically, and it looks great styled with many prints such as floral, cheetah, plaid and more stripes. The cheetah/leopard print is a neutral print in my opinion and would look great styled with any other print or colors.

    I don't mix a lot of prints, but I like the stripes and leopard together. Those shoes are awesome. I have a similar pair and wear them all the time!

    Very cute top and shorts, and for once I can say I've done a similar DIY to you! I have actually made my own cutoff jean shorts. Woo!! Like Nicole, I also don't mix a lot of prints but if I did, I think I'd do it like you've done where they're not right next to each other.
